The role

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering quality customer service, where you have the opportunity to work across Crown's 5 star luxury hotel pool and spa environment.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Actively supervise and monitor the pool ensuring safe and correct usage of the facilities. 
  • Maintain pool and gym facilities ensuring that it is kept clean and well stocked at all times, including restocking linen, towels and amenities. 
  • Deliver a high level of quality customer service and assist with basic Food & Beverage services. 

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and lifeguarding position.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high pressure team environment. 
  • Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
