The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Pool and Gym team at Crown Towers. As a Recreation Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests, while also maintaining the high standards of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor the pool area to ensure safe and correct usage of the facilities.
  • Maintain the pool and gym areas, including restocking linen, towels, and amenities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with basic Food & Beverage services.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service and lifeguarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
