The Role

The Recreation Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering quality customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As part of our 5-star luxury hotel pool and spa environment, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively supervise and monitor the pool to ensure safe and correct usage of the facilities.
  • Maintain the pool and gym facilities, ensuring they are kept clean and well-stocked at all times.
  • Deliver a high level of quality customer service and assist with basic food and beverage services.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual who has previous experience in customer service and lifeguarding positions. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment.
