THE OPPORTUNITY 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trade Account Manager. This role is based in the office located in Ormeau.

 

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. As a Trade Account Manager, your focus will be to support our Trade Reps in the backend from the office. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Preparing & sending customer quotations
  • Assist customers and Trade Reps in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times
  • Coordinating order entry with the internal sales & patio estimating teams
  • Ensure all account administration is maintained and kept up to date
  • Ensure monthly budget targets are met
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve customer queries
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

 ABOUT YOU 

  • Desirable – experience in business to business & business to consumer sales
  • Desirable – experience working in building or manufacturing industry
  • Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
  • Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
