We are a small team of happy motivated individuals. An opportunity has arisen to fill a very important role within the company for an **Accounts and Payroll Administration Assistant (Casual).**

We are happy to discuss flexible and part time working hours on a casual basis, so this role may suit somebody looking for school hours for only a few days per week.

The role requires
- Accounts payable & receivable, including the preparation & processing of invoices, receipts & payment
- Reconcile bank accounts & credit card statements
- Collaborate with operations and streamline processes & reporting
- Generate supplier and customer credit notes
- Resolving any account discrepancies and requesting missing payments from customers.
- Record daily EFT and EFTPOS transactions in the designated spreadsheet.
- Reviewing supplier invoices and statements to ensure accuracy before payments are made and to avoid overpayment / double ups;
- Assisting with setting up new team members in Xero and Xero me
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation and distribution of payments.

Qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in an accounts administrative or office payroll administration
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency using accounting software, Xero
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

We would like to hire the successful applicant to start work early September 2023.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
