About Our Client

Our client is a distinguished chartered accounting firm with a core focus on delivering comprehensive advisory services to a wide array of clientele. Notably, their accounting division has demonstrated consistent growth over time. In light of this expansion, the firm is actively seeking a highly motivated public practice accountant, possessing exceptional skills in effectively managing tax and advisory services.

Job Description
  1. Prepare year-end financial statements and tax returns, ensuring they are nearly finalised for review.
  2. Review monthly or quarterly management reports and help clients with any cashbook inquiries they may have.
  3. Aid in creating cash-flow budget templates and tax plans for annual reviews.
  4. Serve as a mentor for new team members and maintain excellent organisational skills to manage your work efficiently.
  5. Take a proactive approach in identifying client matters and issues, promptly bringing them to the attention of the Manager.
The Successful Applicant
  • 2 to 4+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated taxation and business services experience within a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related discipline and CA/CPA qualified (or working toward).
  • Experience working within a team environment.
  • Strong Desired for career progression.
  • Passion for developing strong stakeholders relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
