About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planner to join our innovative managed services team in Melbourne.

In this role, you will use new technologies, tools and processes to engage in schedule intelligence, planning optimisation and risk management in order to assist project leaders in making informed decisions to improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of innovative services in the field of schedule intelligence, planning optimisation and risk management. Assist in the delivery of innovative services on live projects in the field of schedule intelligence, planning optimisation and risk management. Provide feedback on lessons learnt for the service delivery outcomes.

Required Skills:

3-5 years of experience in construction industry. 2-3 years hands-on site planning experience in large infrastructure projects. Understanding of construction methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Proficient with Oracle P6 software. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and software Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts Experience in coordinating project timelines with the team and external stakeholders. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience with 3D/4D visualisation software.
