Principal Planner - Band 7
- Hybrid model - three days in office and two from home
- $93K to $104K plus 115 super

Public Sector People are working with a regional council on the recruitment of a Principal Statutory Planner in a permanent capacity. This council are based in west central Victoria and 1.5 hours from the City.

This is a newly created position, joining a team of eight you will be supporting the Planning Coordinator with the mentoring and supervision of two Band 5 planners. This council really value their planning team and have a really positive working culture, with a stable team.

This council are experiencing an increase in development across their growth areas, and are one of the fastest growing regional areaas in Victoria. The team offer a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home.

**Requirements include**:

- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
- At least five years’ experience within Urban Planning or a related field.
- Public Sector experience, ideally with experience in the regions.
