What’s on offer?

A fantastic opportunity has now become available for an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our Construction team based in Bullsbrook on the RAAF Base Pearce Upgrade project. This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations, including the following:

Process subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner. Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and goods receipting. Process end of month requirements including but not limited to processing accruals, journals, fuel tax reporting and NGER reporting. Liaise with Subcontractors and Engineers in relation to Progress claims and variations. Mentoring and development of Site Administrators.

You will have previous experience in a Senior Administrative capacity, in a construction or maintenance site-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts. As well as:

Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork. A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently. Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes. Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
