Fulton Hogan is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Engineer to join our Western Construction team delivering the RAAF Base Pearce Project in Bullsbrook, WA. The project involves significant upgrades to existing airfield asphalt pavements, concrete pavements, airfield ground lighting, and a new ALER Building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a significant subcontract package of works to upgrade the existing Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) system, ensuring effective coordination with other project activities and delivery in accordance with time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example and implement appropriate systems and procedures to consistently produce high-quality outcomes, meeting contractual specifications.
  2. Develop strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  3. Exhibit exceptional ability to understand and interpret project and client-specific requirements.
  4. Lead and support project resources, including Quality Engineer, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are delivered.
  5. Ensure junior engineers are trained up and competent with QA Management System - Civilpro and provide understanding of QA and lot management.

Naturally, you will also be a dedicated leader and mentor, prioritizing safety for all and committing to high productivity while ensuring project scope is successfully met on time and within budget.
