We are looking for a Contract Administrator to be responsible for the contract drafting, review, negotiation of terms changes, and post-updates maintenance of various, and better protect our company’s legal rights and interests.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Draft and review contracts in line with the demands of the transport and logistics industry to guarantee that the contract terms conform to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Evaluate contract risks and formulate corresponding strategies to mitigate risks during contract execution.
  • Supervise the process of contract implementation, identify deviations or breaches and deal with related issues.
  • Settle contract payment disputes. Negotiate, modify and record contract terms based on the negotiation outcomes.
  • Manage the contract approval procedures, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Regularly update and enhance existing contracts to sustain the integrity of contract information.
  • Establish a contract archive management system to collect and organize relevant documents for contract performance.

To be competent in this role, you must have:

  • Diploma’s degree (or above)
  • 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to progress long-term within our company and willingness to work in a client-oriented role
