We are looking for an Enterprise Digital Specialist, specializing in Dynamics 365 solutions, you will work with our most important customers within our enterprise organization. You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your exceptional sales skills, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and driving customer success.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a comprehensive and cloud-based suite of business applications that seamlessly integrate customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionalities. It enables organizations to streamline their operations, enhance customer engagement, drive sales and marketing effectiveness, automate processes, gain actionable insights through data analytics, and improve overall business performance. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications 

6+ years sales and negotiation experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or elated field AND 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience; OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) is required.

2-4+ years experience selling cloud services to large/global customers Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs. Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape. Demonstrate the business value of Microsoft's solutions with an understanding of Microsoft's strategies and products relative to major Microsoft competitors. Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately.  Build relationships, collaborate, and influence across organizations, functions, and stakeholder groups. Operational and sales excellence discipline, including planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder communication, services/partner engagement and sales excellence practices including pipeline and opportunity management. A desire to learn, grow, and drive change. Experience with selling CRM/ERP or similar software-as-a-service, cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts exceeding sales targets. Developing demand and pipe by building BDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, key improvement scenarios and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed. Ability to sell solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts. Disciplined operator with demonstrated accuracy in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.

Provide guidance and advisory services to clients on emerging technologies, digital sales & marketing strategies, data analytics, and customer service. Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, proactively sharing insights and thought leadership with clients and internal teams. Utilize digital sales excellence techniques to meet operational standards and drive customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate reporting and provide strategic insights, trends, and analysis to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with field specialists, technical resources, and partner teams to effectively manage customer opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Identify customer needs and leverage Microsoft's leading cloud technologies to fulfill those needs, driving revenue pipeline growth. Embrace a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment and contribute to problem-solving, learning, and development initiatives. Build a strong pipeline in alignment with account teams and cross-solution areas, utilizing digital signals and insights to prospect, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Leverage partnerships with priority co-sell partners and ISVs to scale and maximize business opportunities.
