What you’ll deliver with us
As our Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for program delivery and team management in a Lean-Agile operating model. The role implements, governs and continuously improves planning and delivery practices of the teams and overall maturity and responsiveness of a program of work aligned to a value stream. Core to this role is acting as a key transformation agent in the organisation, assisting in the enablement and maturing of Lean and Agile ways of working.

- Optimize value delivery across teams and initiatives, assisting in the enablement and maturing of Lean and Agile ways of working.
- Implement, facilitate, and continuously improve the planning and delivery practices of the team
- Ensure that there is transparency, alignment, and effective communication across the program, which ultimately enhances value delivery and supports strategic objectives
About you
Has demonstrated extensive knowledge of key market drivers, industry players and latest developments within competitive markets as related to the operating environment and context of Australia Post AND within Lean-Agile Ways of Working.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in technology
Relevant project management \ Agile Delivery certification
You’ll also need
- 10 years of experience in various delivery related roles across the SDLC with an emphasis of operating in Lean-Agile teams
- Demonstrated leadership of large teams/programs
- Experience managing to delivery constraints (Time/Cost/Quality/Scope)
- In depth understanding of commercials, strategy and finance
