We are looking for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses with a true passion for aged care and a strong focus on person centered care Macpherson Smith Residential Care is a 36-bed facility providing quality care to our community. We are a caring and energetic team who share the likeminded goal of providing excellence in residential care. Our home is well supported by our Allied Health and Leisure and Lifestyle team to deliver personalised care, individual choice and quality outcomes for all people.

Skills and Experience

Current Registration with AHPRACompliance with National Aged care quality StandardsDemonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary health care teamDemonstrated provision of high-quality resident careHigh motivation and willingness to learnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of reliability and professional conduct
