About you:
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the transport, logistics, freight, or delivery service industries.
- Excellent planning, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple timelines consistently.
- Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service.
- Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude.
