Where you’d be working:

Our Solution Architects are based in our North Ryde offices, servicing NSW-based customers.

What you’d be doing (your day will look like this): 

Our Solution Architects drive the creation and development of solutions that will assist in driving better customer outcomes.  The intent is to increase customer satisfaction, increase revenue through new client acquisition and increase wallet share in the existing customer base. Primary duties include:

  • Assisting in complex sales engagements to help formulate appropriate solutions
  • Participating in solution prototyping
  • Demonstrating solutions to customers, with a focus on business outcomes
  • Providing technical assistance to the NSW Branch consultants
  • Work closely with the Professional Services and Business Solutions consultants to deliver complete solutions including customisations and integration requirements where applicable
  • Participate and contribute to the preparation of proposals including software and services
  • Assist with training Branch staff as required

About you

We’re looking for a new Solution Architect who has:

  • Business process knowledge with the ability to establish and grow customer relationships
  • Extensive experience in implementing business management software, particularly in financial, distribution, manufacturing, service or project environments
  • Experience in solution design in the ERP software industry
  • Understanding of business processes
  • An understanding of software development lifecycle
  • A good understanding of sales process and engagement
  • Excellent communication skills are essential – both written and verbal.
  • Have a systematic, lateral and logical approach to problem resolution
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to plan, prioritise and organise your time, project schedules and work on concurrent projects
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic

To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you’d need to have:

  • Successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business, or have equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Analytical thinking, quality delivery mindset and attention to detail
  • High level of customer service and excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Be a team player and good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be able to work collaboratively
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to undertake a police check
