About the Role

Tabcorp has a great opportunity to join our Risk Office as a Controls Assurance Analyst, where you will conduct control testing and action monitoring.

You'll be taking a proactive approach to risk management by identifying the root causes of issues, setting priorities and drafting reports.

What you’ll do

  • Help scope, plan, and deliver controls assurance reviews
  • Conduct process walkthroughs to understand risks and controls
  • Create and implement control test plans and perform control testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss issues and develop effective actions
  • Draft reports, track action completion, and support attestation assurance activities

What you’ll bring

  • Good experience in controls assurance, internal audit or risk in a professional services firm or a medium to large corporation (wagering or banking would be great)
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk and controls and an ability to think strategically apply a commercial lens to risk management
  • Excellent organisational skills coupled with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
