Analyst Control Assurance, CommSec

Your role will sit within the CommSec Broking & Markets Control Assurance Team. You will be responsible for supporting the CommSec Retail business through reviewing phone and written communications with customers to ensure that we are delivering a superior customer experience and adhering to business practices to minimise risks.

**On any given day you will**

You will play a critical role within the business by performing quality assurance reviews across CommSec Retail. You will also be responsible for supporting and delivering CommSec induction sessions to ensure new starters in the frontline have a sound understanding of Quality Assurance Guidelines and the Phone Identification process. Additional responsibilities will include:

- Providing constructive feedback, suggestions and tips to support leaders and the frontline in having quality conversations with our customers
- Contribute to and support reporting of assurance findings and ensure the tracking of remediation actions
- Identifying and presenting trends, gaps and risks at both an individual and centre level, suggest process and productivity improvements for the business, and implement solutions
- Supporting the Operational Risk Framework in the context of controls assurance and associated reporting processes
- Ensuring Compliance and Operational Risk issues and incidents are identified and managed

- Experience in banking/financial services/other relevant experience or experience within CommSec
- Proficiency in stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong risk mindset and demonstrate the ability to identify and manage risk
- SME knowledge of equities and stockbroking would be advantageous
