We are currently recruiting for multiple Bay Leader & Reaction Team positions to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership and technical skills, manage production activities, and contribute to the overall success of our cutting-edge manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Oversee and ensure all tasks within your assigned bay are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Document task progress in Trello and take detailed photos as needed.
  • Schedule Compliance: Ensure caravans and parts are assembled promptly while meeting Zone RV's high-quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage the quality of work completed in the bay, ensuring all tasks meet safety and production standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Document, report, and escalate any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Act on any red flags raised within your bay and ensure they are resolved and marked as complete within 24 hours.
  • Productivity Reporting: Review daily bay productivity, report to the line supervisor, and escalate any urgent issues.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications are highly encouraged. We welcome applications from carpenters, cabinet makers, mechanics, or similar trades.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in managing or leading teams.
  • Familiarity with using digital tools (e.g., Trello) to track and manage tasks.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
