About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced production Team Leader, Scheduling & Reaction to join the Zone RV team. This is an excellent opportunity to deploy your leadership and technical skills, manage production activities, and contribute to the overall success of our cutting-edge manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Scheduling & Compliance: Maintain and communicate a robust production schedule in consultation with Production teams, sales and other stakeholders
  • Team Management: Oversee and ensure all tasks assigned to your Reaction Team are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Document task progress in Trello and take detailed photos as needed. Quality Assurance: Manage the quality of work completed by your team meets Zone RV's high-quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Document, report, and escalate any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Act on any red flags raised within your workgroup and ensure they are resolved and marked as complete within 24 hours.
  • Productivity Reporting: Review daily productivity, report to the line supervisor, and escalate any urgent issues.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified applicants are highly encouraged. We welcome applications from carpenters, cabinet makers, mechanics, or similar trades
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in managing or leading teams.
  • High proficiency with digital tools and systems (e.g. Trello) to track and manage tasks.
  • High level computer literacy across Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Access required
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
