About the role
A permanent 12 month contract, opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and creative marketing professional to develop and continually refresh their online presence through innovative creative content that reflects their growing product and technical capability and expanding market presence within Australia and across their international footprint.

In this fast paced, challenging and dynamic role, based in North Melbourne you will charged with driving an increased market presence of their successful company through B2B digital platforms including, but not limited to, a refreshed company website and selected social media platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, Google etc. The position would also be responsible for refreshing market-facing collateral including company and product brochures and other technical literature.

The role has limited travel requirements; however, it will involve extensive direct communication with interstate business colleagues and contracted third party design organisations in support of broad-based selling activities.

Skills & experience
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is fully conversant with digital media and a passion for brand positioning, who can bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the role.  We are also keen for the successful applicant to have the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, refreshing & maintaining company website
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high-level attention to detail
  • Proven ability with social media and proactive content creation
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication or related discipline preferred
  • Ability to operate autonomously, to multi-task and to manage projects to completion
  • Organised and efficient in planning and prioritising
  • Copywriting skills that win customers and clients
  • Ability in managing 3rd parties as required
  • Experience with website design/maintenance, Linked In social media and Google SEO techniques preferred
  • Prior experience within a B2B industry will be looked upon favourably
