Responsibilities

  • Always ensure adherence to company EHS processes - your safety is our priority
  • Review and monitor compliance with work systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Leadership meetings.
  • Oversee all utilities and facilities management.
  • Manage plant maintenance program.
  • Manage on-site contractors and contractor’s compliance database.
  • Capable of carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on properties.
  • Organize daily site and equipment maintenance.
  • Minimise machine downtime and repetitive equipment failure.
  • Ensure all equipment is available for production.
  • Manage and plan resources, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Industrial equipment maintenance experience (toolmaker, fitter, basic engineering).
  • A good knowledge of planning and scheduling maintenance work.
  • Maintain good relationships with team members and contractors.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic equipment and pumps.
  • Hands-on approach.
