About the role:

We've got an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established centralised recruitment team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead the successful individual will be passionate and committed to working together with our business to attract and select great people to join our brilliant organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Hiring Cycle Management: As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. This includes closely collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs, creating comprehensive Hiring Manager briefings, and developing tailored recruitment strategies for each role. You'll take charge of advertising job openings on various platforms, both internal and external, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Throughout the process, you'll maintain effective communication with Hiring Managers, providing updates and feedback on the recruitment progress.
  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: To ensure a steady influx of top talent, you'll proactively source candidates through a variety of channels. Leveraging tools like Success Factors, LinkedIn, Seek, and other relevant platforms, you'll conduct in-depth searches to identify and engage with potential candidates who align with the organisation's values and requirements. Your focus will be on building a robust talent pipeline for present and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Module and Dashboard: You will utilize our recruitment module and dashboard to track and document all recruitment activities accurately. This includes updating candidate information, tracking their progress through the hiring stages, and maintaining a comprehensive overview of the entire recruitment process. By analysing data and generating reports, you'll provide valuable insights to the Talent Acquisition Lead and other stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidate Care and Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional candidate care is essential to maintaining a positive employer brand and attracting top talent. You will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and offering a personalized experience. Simultaneously, you'll build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other business stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and effective recruitment partnership.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: As part of Tronox's commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, you will actively support the Tronox Diversity and Inclusion Network. You'll contribute to the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. By leveraging your expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement, you'll help attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
