This role also plays a key part in the RAC Marketing Leadership team, to nurture and grow capability within the function.
What will you be doing?
Oversee all marketing communications to directly support annual Insurance objectives and business goalsEnsure high-quality, on-brand marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting sales and retention targetsOversee production of advertising and promotional materials for Business Units (BUs), ensuring they support product measures such as new business sales, retention rates, and awarenessIdentify opportunities for improved marketing performance through competitor analysis, data-driven proposition development, and awareness of marketing and media trendsLead development and implementation of marketing and communications for all Insurance products, aligning with annual product and marketing plans to meet objectives and targetsFacilitate strategic thinking around creative and media strategies, manage complex media plans, and develop the annual marketing plan for RAC InsuranceManage tracking and coordination of Insurance marketing and communication budgets, providing recommendations on value creation, and ensure project effectiveness through analysis and ROI disciplines, presenting results to stakeholders for continuous improvementWhat are we looking for in you?
Significant experience in marketing communication & project management, including strategy development, leading complex campaign execution and digitalSuperior relationship management and influencing skillsManagement of agency partners and experience working in a matrix structureStrong experience in demonstrating ROI of marketing investmentUnderstanding of marketing legislation and compliance requirementsStrong Leadership experience, growing capability and managing teams through changeWhat can we offer you?
