About the role:  
Seeking 2x Agile Delivery Leads to spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives in either IAM & DLP or Cloud Security & CRQ, CrowdStrike, Cloud Conformity, with a focus on insurance or banking/finance. Crucial role requiring agile expertise and strong leadership in regulated domains.
  
Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the execution of IAM and DLP initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives or take the helm in delivering Cloud Security, CRQ, CrowdStrike, Cloud Conformity, and IAM programs, providing clear guidance and mentorship to project teams. Top of Form
  • Implement agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and continuous enhancement across multifaceted teams.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and alignment among business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners/vendors.
  • Efficiently handle risks, dependencies, and compliance obligations related to security and data protection. Foster an environment of innovation and knowledge-sharing, advocating best practices to improve program effectiveness or ensure stringent compliance with regulatory standards and industry-leading practices in security, change management, CrowdStrike, and Cloud Conformity. Integrate and deploy IAM strategies to fortify security measures and optimize access management processes.

  
  
Required skills and Experience:
  

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; agile certification (such as CSM or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Accumulate 5+ years of experience in agile project management, preferably within insurance or banking/finance sectors.
  • Possess a deep understanding of IAM, DLP, and associated regulatory frameworks or demonstrate a robust grasp of cloud security, change management processes, CrowdStrike, and Cloud Conformity.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management proficiencies.
  • Demonstrate a solid track record of delivering intricate programs within stipulated timelines and budget constraints.
