About the role

We’re seeking an Agile Lead to support and drive Agile ways of working across teams in Technology Services and Platforms as we scale our Agile delivery methodology. The Agile Lead will uplift capabilities and support facilitation of Agile ceremonies and practices across the portfolio including Quarterly Planning.

You’ll join an innovative team, who strive for best practice and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to support strategic outcomes.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Own and embed our agile ways of working across Technology Services and Platforms teams where suitable. Advise and guide Team members and involved stakeholders in best practice Agile ways of working
- Act as first point of call for stakeholders outside of TS&P across C&T and the business that need support within the tool (Jira, Confluence etc)
- Manage the Jira Boards across TS&P, being a technical support and administrator for team members
- Establish detailed roadmaps and aligned structures within Jira for TS&P initiatives, promoting best practice and tool usage
- Work with Project Managers, Team Leads and Heads Of within the Technology Services and Platforms and the EPMO to ensure consistent approach to Agile delivery across the enterprise
- Regularly work to upskill teams on tools, supporting the usage of Jira and embedding best practice
- Measure and report on the health of the portfolio using performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ongoing facilitation of Retros & surveys and implementation of feedback as identified

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

- 5+ years demonstrated experience as a Delivery Lead (or similar) preferably in a Scaled Agile environment with a track record of delivery in a complex
- Expert in Jira and Confluence and other Agile tools
- Deep understanding of different Agile approaches and when they should be adopted (eg. Scrum, KANBAN)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain alignment across multiple teams
- Ability to embed a Continuous improvement culture
- Strong leadership style with the ability to lead, mentor and coach others
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skill
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Formal Agile Certifications will be highly regarded
