Senior Sales Support Officer
A key role within the world's leading sustainable building materials company Working with a supportive and collaborative team Permanent, full-time role Norwest/ Bella Vista locationThe Opportunity:
This is an important role in which you will be accountable for overseeing sales operations support including transactional processing; training; service excellence and quality activities in the following areas: Leads & Opportunities, Quoting and Reporting.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members and supporting them in day-to-day activities and be the first line of contact for the team - responsible for escalation of items as required.

NOTE: Salary c.$78k dependent on experience.
About you:
To succeed in this key role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Demonstrated Sales Operations support experience in a shared services model. Attention to detail and clear communication skills. A customer excellence and continuous improvement mindset. Excellent computer skills (SAP (essential), Google suite, Microsoft suite).This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within our world leading business.
