The position
In this position, you will oversee a Medical Affairs Team, effectively organizing and carrying out Medical Affairs tasks to support strategic medical objectives, business opportunities, overall brand plans, and the affiliate's strategy, taking into account short and long-term business requirements.
You will be reporting to the Medical Affairs Director and in charge of leading and managing a growing team of Medical Advisors.
This position requires:
Qualifications
A Ph.D. in life sciences or a Medical Degree (MD) is desirable. Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs department experience (desirable) with Management experience. Industry experience relevant to diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease areas, is required as well as high levels of ethics and integrity putting the patient at the heart of all decisions. Recent and multiple new product launch experience with an extensive external stakeholder network is valued, along with experience in leading teams and projects. Ability to work well cross-functionally with excellent networking abilities. Proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.-
