SIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2x Full Time Concierge/Shuttle Drivers (38 hours per week) to join the team at Sydney Airport .
As a Concierge/Shuttle Driver, you will provide exceptional and memorable service experiences to our customers, and contribute to the successful operation of our location.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming our customers when they arrive to collect their rented vehicle Ensuring that the customer’s expectations of the rented vehicle are met Identifying customer needs and accommodating accordingly Providing excellent service and information when customers return their rented vehicle and exit the rental process Inspecting and identifying damage to our vehicles, and supporting the team in the damage process Safely transporting our customers and their luggage from the terminal to our offices using a shuttle bus Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle bus (fuel level, tyre pressure, etc.) Complying with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policy
Qualifications
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays Current Unrestricted Full Open Driver’s Licence (mandatory) Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential) Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
