SIXT Australia is on the lookout for **2x Permanent Full Time Concierges** to join the team in **Sydney Airport**.
As a Concierge, you will provide exceptional and memorable service experiences to our customers and contribute to the successful operation of our location.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Showing customers to their rented vehicle and explaining all essential features of the vehicle
- Ensuring customer expectations of the rented vehicle are met by accommodating any requests and needs
- Proactively communicating any customer feedback to Managers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard
- Inspecting and recording vehicle damage when the rented vehicle is returned
- Explaining the Exit Rental Process to customers
- Delivering vehicles between sites
- Safely transporting customers and their luggage between the Terminals and our Office
- Complying with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policy
**Qualifications**
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills and/or experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (desirable)
- Current Unrestricted Full Open Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
