SIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2x Permanent Full Time Concierges to join the team in Sydney Airport .
As a Concierge, you will provide exceptional and memorable service experiences to our customers and contribute to the successful operation of our location.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming customers Showing customers to their rented vehicle and explaining all essential features of the vehicle Ensuring customer expectations of the rented vehicle are met by accommodating any requests and needs Proactively communicating any customer feedback to Managers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard Inspecting and recording vehicle damage when the rented vehicle is returned Explaining the Exit Rental Process to customers Delivering vehicles between sites Safely transporting customers and their luggage between the Terminals and our Office Complying with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policy
Qualifications
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills and/or experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (desirable) Current Unrestricted Full Open Driver’s Licence (mandatory) Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
