Aboutthe role
Partner,Harry Nicolaidis who has over 30 years' experience in commerciallitigation and dispute resolution, leads the Brisbanepractice. The firm represents public and private corporationsacross a range of industries including construction, mining, oil,health, property, retail, hospitality and finance. You will be akey resource for the team and will have the opportunity to act on abroad range of matters including:
corporate and regulatory disputes (shareholder disputes, ACL and regulatory matters); general contractual disputes; defamation claims; investigations and prosecutions by regulatory authorities; and medical negligence claims.In this role,you will provide exceptional legal advice to clients, conductdefence as required and appear in court.
AboutYou
To besuccessful in this role you will have 3 to 4 years post admissionexperience with a commercial litigation background.
You possessexcellent technical skills and are able to work in ahigh-performing team to deliver quality outcomes forclients.
You arecommercially astute, have a strong eye for detail and will be avaluable team member. You are collaborative in your approachwhilst also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and takea lead role in matters.
You are anexcellent communicator with a strong desire to learn and getinvolved across all aspects of the practice.
