**Full Job Description**:
Our client is a thriving new-age law firm with beautiful CBD offices. The firm is renowned for scaling emerging brands, franchise systems, and established businesses. An opening for an Associate level position has been created within their successful litigation and dispute resolution practice. This is a great opportunity to utilize and further enhance your advocacy and legal skills, while you have autonomy over the management of your files.
Focus on a range of complex and interesting legal disputes covering the whole litigation process, from initial inquiries and advice to preparing pleadings and evidence, all the way through to appearing at contested court hearings.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
- Some experience in property and construction-related matters is highly desirable
- Attention to detail - adept analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills.
- Adept commercial acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach
- Time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and maintain carriage of matters from start to finish
- Admitted to practice in Queensland
- Experienced in practicing in Queensland
