About you:

Motivated individual with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a collaborative team. Experience in customer service and conflict resolution. Willingness to learn key components of windows and doors. Strong understanding of hardware and tools. Dedicated to delivering exceptional results to the end consumer. Values safety and maintains a high level of workmanship. Demonstrates autonomy in work while thinking "outside the square.
