**About The Opportunity**

Do you have great administrative skills, enjoy interacting with others, and have a passion for the housing, renovation and DIY industry?

An immediate opportunity exists for an organised and customer focussed Service Administrator to join our close-knit team at the Stegbar Lansvale office. Reporting to the Site Service/ Customer Service Manager, you will be involved in a range of day-to-day after sales activities. Your key focus will be arranging window service schedules with site technicians and contractors but other responsibilities will include:

- Booking appointments and scheduling onsite installations/ service visits
- Answering and resolving client queries and issues
- Associated administration and data entry

**About You**

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated with excellent planning and time management skills. An effective communicator with a commitment to customer service, you will be comfortable liaising with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and customers at different levels in a fast-paced, highly productive environment.

You will also have:

- Demonstrated administration experience
- Previously worked in a customer serving role or similar
- Sound capability to use MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to build working relationships with our friendly team, suppliers, and customers
