**About our Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity to work within a small operational team with an innovative, market leading organisation. You will support our customers and contracted Installers and Glazers in the field by scheduling the installation of our products, coordinating the delivery of goods considering site installation dates, and maintaining timely installation and production schedules.

Our team strives to provide an exceptional level of service within a fast paced environment, and customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction as you navigate daily interactions between customers and contractors. At times you will need to manage difficult conversations, troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and delays.

You will also provide administration support including:

- preparing documentation for installation
- invoicing

**About You**

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, has excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Your excellent planning skills and highly developed interpersonal skills will enable you to work with a wide variety of people at different levels in a fast-paced environment. We're looking to leverage your experience in customer service and administration along with a keenness to learn as you participate in our extensive training.
