IELTS Exams Assistant - Computer-Delivered Test

Job Description :

Prepare equipment and organize Computer-delivered IELTS test during the weekday and weekend Take the role of invigilator for Computer-delivered IELTS test Perform administrative tasks related to exam organization activities Ensure tight IELTS security is upheld Maintain filing system of IELTS materials and keep records of IELTS data on available system Provide information on IELTS to candidates either face to face or over the telephone Assistant in other matters of IELTS examinations

Job Requirement:

Have Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy Professional & efficient English communication (equivalent IELTS 6.0) Be able to work on weekend (with compensation leave arrangements) and move flexibly according to the test location (Ngoc Khanh & NEU) Proficiency in MS Office use Aware of IELTS security issues Ability to deal with IELTS enquiries and candidates’ complaints Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
