We will count on you to:

MMC are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant - Pacific, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage end to end recruitment delivery for a broad range of roles.

You will be supported by a team of likeminded and fun professionals with progressive technology that will enable you to focus on what you do best – Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding procedures across all levels of hires from candidate qualification, to video or phone screening, to face-to-face interviews, through to salary negotiations, offer and on boarding

Managing and participating in a range of attraction and/or recruitment focused events such as career fairs, graduate days and industry events to build brand and pipeline

Promote the internal referral program and new starter welcome initiatives

Refine recruitment process and policy and upskilling of hiring managers nationally

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders

Proactive and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best talent in the market

Providing exceptional recruitment advice to deliver top talent to the organization

Presenting competitor and market insights for internal stakeholders

What you need to have:

An experienced Recruiter, ideally from an internal or agency background, with more than 7 years’ progressive experience

Possess a passion for talent sourcing and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes

Working knowledge of Workday as a recruitment platform (Desirable)

A track record of delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines and source best talent in the market

Self-confident with excellent communication skills

Demonstrated dedication in supporting team members and collaboratively achieving outcomes

Demonstrated commitment to quality and service delivery

Solid focus on ensuring candidate care and customer service

Highly developed negotiation and relationship management skills
