About the Role
 

We are looking for a Payroll Officer to be become an integral member of our broader finance team. This role will oversee payroll processing for Babcock’s Mission Critical Services employees, where we provide highly trained teams to crew, operate, and maintain aircraft supporting critical and vital aviation services

This part-time position (22.8 hours per week) is perfect for someone seeking a balance between work and personal life. Your responsibilities will include processing fortnightly payroll, maintaining staff payroll records, coordinating superannuation payments, calculating and reconciling payroll tax, assisting with reporting, and more.

To be successful, you will bring

Experience with electronic payroll systems (preferably HR3). High level of knowledge in the MS Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with IFS and/or other ERP systems is highly desirable. Experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements is highly desirable. Australian Citizen.
