Job Description

We are looking for a Health & Safety Administration Support Officer to join the team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. Reporting to the Manager Health Safety & Training (HST), you will be responsible for providing efficient administration support to the HST Team.

About the Role

  • First point of call for all HST team enquiries.

  • Responsible for providing general administrative assistance for a high performing Health Safety and Training Team

  • Utilizing systems including SAP, SharePoint, Docusign, CMO, Damstra

  • Document control - assisting other departments with publishing of documents and formatting accordingly.

  • Assisting with scheduling of medicals and keeping of Health records.

Roster and Location

  • Monday to Friday professional roster

  • Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)

About You

  • Possess a positive disposition

  • Excellent time management skills

  • You will be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written.

  • Experience within a similar role in a high-volume environment is preferred.

  • Good problem-solving ability.

  • Strong, accurate and quick data entry skills.

  • Possess a high level of initiative.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties.

  • Desire to learn business processes and systems to support them.
