**ADD VALUE - THE ROLE**

The Property Support Officer role has recently been created primarily to assist the Property Services Officer in managing an upcoming larger scale project and to provide assistance in other property matters including acquisitions and sales, leases, researching historical property matters, and land development projects. The role requires a strong administration background, is customer focused, and is required to be flexible and task orientated.

Success in this role requires demonstrated experience in providing high-level business assistance and/or business administration qualifications, and/or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience complemented by a strong customer service focus with proven capability to deliver high quality service to internal and external stakeholders. Experience in a property related field such as statutory property tasks, conveyancing, real estate, or leasing would be advantageous in this role.

This position is offered on a full-time basis working 35 hours per week on a temporary basis for a period of 12 months.

Remuneration package for this position is based on Grade 7 of Council's Salary System Protocol which equates to a base salary of $61,793 - $69,508 per annum plus superannuation.
