Supporting our Indigenous Employment growth strategy and to promoting Indigenous employment throughout the organisation.


You will focus on sourcing and attracting Indigenous talent to drive performance, promote safety and enhance the overall culture at MinRes.

We are a passionate and committed workforce backed with an appetite for innovation.

The Recruitment Team is highly regarded within MinRes; working together in close partnership with Hiring Managers to source the best people to meet our current and future business needs.


This is the time to jump on board with a market leader in Mining Services and to deliver on a number of world-class projects.


What we are looking for:

  • Coordinate and recruit for all projects across the wider MinRes business
  • Be adept at stakeholder engagement building respectful relationships and partnerships with Indigenous stakeholders.
  • Represent MinRes at community meetings, forums and events associated with Indigenous recruitment
  • Provide a high level of customer service and being able to partner with the business leaders to deliver on recruitment objectives
  • Able to work in a high pace work environment with the flexibility to change directions
  • Strong administration skills and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Experience working with Indigenous people, local communities and organisations
  • Creating opportunity for Traditional Owners
