We are looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Electronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, integrating, and optimizing solar power systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Integration:

• Design electrical systems for connecting solar panels to inverters, battery storage, and the grid.

• Optimize solar energy systems for maximum efficiency and performance.

• Develop monitoring and control systems for solar installations.

Inverter and Power Electronics Management:

• Specify and manage inverters for converting DC power to AC power.

• Integrate power electronics, such as charge controllers, for effective energy regulation.

Control Systems and Automation:

• Develop automation systems using smart controllers, SCADA, and IoT for remote monitoring.

• Manage energy flow between solar panels, storage systems, and the grid.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct performance tests on electronic components like inverters and controllers.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to minimize system downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.

• Implement protection systems, including surge protection and grounding.

R&D and Innovation:

• Research and develop new technologies to enhance solar electronics efficiency.

• Stay updated with advancements in renewable energy and power electronics.

Energy Storage Integration:

• Design and integrate battery energy storage systems (BESS) with solar panels.

• Manage electronics for battery charging and discharging to optimize performance.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar energy industry.
