The Organisation
Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with a prestigious independant school located in Sydney's North Shore. Play a vital role in the school professional support team, providing varied academic support to two directors, with a student first focus. 

The Opportunity
 This role would see you working on-campus part-time, supporting multiple Directors for all-rounded office and personal assistant position. Further duties may include: 

  • Provide administrative and team support to multiple directors, including diary management and scheduling assistance,
  • Arrange meetings on behalf of executives, coordinate invitations and catering, 
  • Coordination of school events, for internal and external stakeholders, 
  • Prepare, edit and send communications on behalf of teaching team, and distribute all incoming communications as required
  • Other duties as required

About you
 To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Prior experience as in Office Administrator or administrative capacity
  • Experience within the education sector will be highly advantageous 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skill, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and scheduling assistants
  • The availability to commence immediately
