We are actively seeking skilled and caring Support Workers/Personal Care Workers to provide essential services in Aged Care and Disability Support. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our clients by fostering independence and encouraging social engagement.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver personal care and support services
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and social engagement
  • Provide meal preparation and medication support
  • Participate in client-centered care planning

Qualifications:

  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Clear National Police Check and First Aid/CPR certification
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Exhibit empathy and compassion in caregiving
  • Appreciate both autonomy and teamwork
  • Possess strong time management skills and a willingness to learn
  • Be local to the Northern Beaches area in Sydney

Job Type: Casual

Salary Range: $29.00 - $70.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible hours, Shift work

License/Certification: Driver License (Preferred)

Work Authorization: Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
