What you’ll do:

Claim Lodgement Functions

Lodge Personal Injury claims.Investigate, gather and follow-up additional information to complete the lodgement for Claims.Validate claim details for lodgement and refer to business partners.Manage complex escalations from business partners.Manage Insurance phone queues.

Business Support Functions

Prepare, proof and despatch outbound correspondence in support of claim lodgement and claim management.Manage the request, receipt and dispatch of claim information such as medical records.Schedule independent medical examinations and other medical appointments and prepare and dispatch required documentation.Undertake review and audit tasks as directed.Perform general business support tasks as directed by leader.

Team Accountabilities

Support and participate in a collaborative team environment.Maintain your own Enlighten data.Adhere to the Team and Suncorp values and behaviours.

What you’ll bring:

Attention to detail – accurately checking and processing tasks and showing concern for all aspects of the role.Change management – ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipated impact on both the team and self.Communication Skills – ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.Computer Skills - Proficient keyboard skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.Customer Service – committed to increasing customer experience and delivering high quality solutions within required timeframes.Decisiveness – ability to make effective decisions in a timely mannerPlanning and organisation skills – establishing a process to complete tasks (either personal or for others) and allocating appropriate resources in achievement of sameProblem solving – ability to quickly grasp information and/or seek out information, break down problems and situations into simple lists of components, options or alternatives
