Our client, an exciting fintech organisation with around 50 employees in Sydney and offices across Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their close-knit team and drive growth across the Australian market.

About the Role: As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing the business in the Australian market by 4-5x over the next two years. You’ll juggle both short-term wins and long-term strategies, with key responsibilities including:

  • Acquisition numbers & performance: Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to forecast budgets and track daily results (20%).
  • Strategy & execution: Develop unpaid and CRM growth strategies across SEO, social media, content planning, and new channels (50%).
  • New acquisition channels: Identify and manage cost-effective partnerships and affiliates (30%).

  • Data-driven: You live by the numbers, using insights to inform decisions and guide strategy.

  • Marketing mindset: A keen understanding of local market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.
