About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Scrub Scout nurse to support our busy Orthopaedic specialty theatres. The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team where training will be provided.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the specialty scrub scout teams with a can-do attitude and a strong customer service focus
- Support all members of the nursing team, acting as a role model and resource person within the clinical area
Permanent full-time or part-time hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a perioperative setting
- Extensive orthopaedic surgery experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate
- Positive role model and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications essential
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of $49.46 + superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
