: We are looking for someone to join usIf you have experience in the management of HR projects and have highly developed analytical and written communication skills, the Education Directorate has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Directors, Workplace Relations.
As part of a team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of enterprise agreements and work collaboratively with the team in providing complex workplace relations advice and implementation of the ACTPS employment framework for the Directorate.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or similar would be an advantage. Professional memberships relevant to HR would be an advantage and/or AHRI Professional Accreditation/Practicing Certificate.Notes: There is one full-time temporary position available immediately for 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
