Manager - Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence

Our team is dedicated to providing data-driven, technology-focused solutions that address complex challenges for both our Enterprise Audit and Assurance teams and clients.
Your Opportunity
As a Manager in our Enterprise Data and AI team, you will assume a leadership role in guiding our clients through transformational changes by leveraging insights derived from data and analytics. You will be integral in designing and implementing strategies for data-analytics, AI initiatives, and digital transformation projects, creating high-value solutions in dynamic environments. This includes:
- Manage a team that is responsible for designing and developing high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative assurance solutions
- Lead integration of AI, data analytics and automation in the audit delivery.
- Testing and deploying new data analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services.
- Supervising and working on diverse transformative projects that impact how data analytics contribute to the audit decision making process and providing insights to our clients.
- Contribute to business development by creating proposal responses and identifying new opportunities with clients
- Collaborate across departments to harness synergies for comprehensive audit technology solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the technology space, specifically regarding data analytics, AI, and cloud services.

- Provide expertise and leadership in data analytics, data science, and AI to solve complex business problems.
- Create and articulate solutions for clients that clearly demonstrate the benefits of data-driven decision-making.
- Lead client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Lead a team that is responsible for developing data models and algorithms to analyse large datasets for actionable insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data and AI.
- Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages with minimum 4-6 years experience working with one or more of the following tools and platforms: Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and Generative AI-powered solutions
- Expertise with AI/machine learning platforms including generative AI
